I am a physician, healthcare educator, healthcare administrator, entrepreneur and author with over three decades of experience across clinical practice, hospital administration, healthcare quality, medical education and skill development.
My professional journey has taken me from serving in the Indian Army Medical Corps and AIIMS New Delhi to establishing M&M Resilient Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and the Resilient Healthcare Skill Academy (RHSA). Each phase has strengthened my belief that quality healthcare begins with competent, compassionate and confident professionals.
Through RHSA, my mission is to bridge the gap between education and employability by developing practical healthcare skills, strengthening healthcare systems and nurturing future-ready professionals who can positively impact patient care and society.
